How to prepare for All Bank Exams | Bankesadda


A career in the banking industry is very lucrative these days, high salary, less working hours, secure jobs are few among many reasons. Fresh graduates are inclining more and more towards a job in the banking sector. Everyone has to follow a process for getting a job in the Banking sector. IBPS Clerk is an autonomous organization, which conducts an annual exam for the selection of candidates. While IBPS conducts an entrance exam for all banks, State Bank of India (SBI) conducts an entrance exam for all of its branches.

Every year lakhs of candidates appeared for all bank exams, but only a few thousand get final selection. For securing a selection, one has to follow a well-structured plan so that no topic left untouched.

There are various Bank Exam conducted by the IBPS and SBI such as the PO Exam, Clerk Exam, RRB Exam & Specialist Officer Exam, these exams are to fill the various posts in IBPS Participating Banks and Institutions. First of all, a candidate must be aware of the examination process of All Bank Exams.

Examination Process for All Bank Exams

All Bank Exams includes two levels of Common Written Exam (CWE) & Interview. Qualified participants in CWE will be eligible for Interview. IBPS Clerk & PO exam have Preliminary and Mains exam those candidates qualify for Pre exam they will be eligible for mains exam and then Interview. There are different exam pattern for SBI Bank Exam and IBPS Bank Exam.

In IBPS PO/Clerk Exam, there are prelims and Mains Exams, which includes 3 subjects Reasoning (35 marks), English (30 marks) and Quantitive Aptitude (35 marks). Time duration is 01 hour.
